Policy
At Beyond Braids, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon.
Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
BOOKING

A $40-$50 non-refundable deposit is required for most services. Goes towards balance.
Deposits CAN NOT be transferred to another appointment.
Deposits are only returned if there is an error on my behalf.
Appointments Times available are ONLY 9:30am 1:30pm and somedays 5:00pm. ​
Don't forget to check the ADD ON section to add any boho services. (CLIENT MUST PROVIDE)​
BRAID HAIR IS INCLUDED!!! (basic colors)

If you have to cancel your appointment due to being exposed to COVID 19 you won't be allowed to reschedule another appointment for 14 days.
TRAVEL POLICY
A non-refundable Travel fee of $100 is required at the time of booking.

The designated area MUST BE CLEAN & SAFE. (I have the right to refuse any service)
Any same day or Emergency squeeze in appointments is an additional $150 on top of style price.

CLIENT EXPECTATIONS
Be on time!
No extra people while being serviced.
No cry babies will receive services.
Braid hair is included. (basic colors)
Client must provide their own BoHo Hair. (human hair is included)​
Hair Prep
Please understand the services you are booking for before booking. Please arrive with hair already shampooed, blow dried straight & OIL FREE before service it helps your FAST BRAID EXPERIENCE.
If you prefer me to shampoo & blow dry your hair> Please consider making an evening appointment AFTER 5PM.
Hair that isn't properly blow dry may result in an additional fee.

Hair must be at least 4-5 inches long to receive any service. Shorter hair is harder to grip causing more tension while braiding. Preservation of your real hair is my first priority. (Please fill free to send a pic of your hair for verification)
If you have any scalp conditions such as Alopecia or seborrheic dermatitis please inform me (depending on the severity of the issue, I may not be able to service you.)
Please do not add any oils to your hair.
